Rob has sold me 2 used Hot Springs spas for my 2 homes in the Palisades... he and his crew have maintained them and performed warranty work many times without charging me anything extra. He stands by his word, warranty wise, sells a good product at a very fair price.

I never realized how beneficial owning a spa could be. I'm quite an active lass, both in and out of the water, and my muscles need lots of attention. I get massages often enough but sometimes, I need more than what I'm getting. I sought a spa with some power to it.

Now I own a beautiful, new Sundance Capri spa and I'm getting most of my kneads satisfied (groan). These powerful jets bite deep into my soft tissue and work the kinks out with waves of hot, undulating rhythmic motion.

I was immediately impressed with Edgewater Spas pricing and selection and found what I was looking for. The Edgewater crew delivered my baby and went through some unique engineering challenges to get it into my back yard, even building a special dolly just to get the thing through the gate. They also built a ramp to "skateboard" the thing over some rocks! So, quick service, custom install, great work and fantastic price! I couldn't be happier.

The owner, Rob Herman, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure my system would be as maintenance-free, safe and functional for years to come. He said the first week was party week for him and his crew and I had to cook too! He a funny guy.
